Responsibilities: Design and implement behavioral interventions for young children with developmental and behavioral disabilities; develop curriculum to train parents, tutors, paraprofessionals, implementers in methods and strategies of interventions as well as data collection; run team meetings and workshops related to specific needs of each child; Programs I design include but are not limited to: verbal communication, independence, social skills, self-help skills, leisure skills, academics.  I also participate in developing Individualized Education Plans and have experience working with Educational Advocates.
